Quality Improvement

The Health Alliance of Northern California (HANC) provides training, technical assistance, and peer networking opportunities that support health centers delivery of high quality and high value healthcare. HANC works with its members to collect, analyze, and share data on key quality indicators, assists health centers in fostering a culture of quality improvement, and supports the sharing of information with community partners on the performance and improvement efforts of Northern California’s rural community health centers.
